In his current role as a Legal Associate at the Supreme Court of India, Shekhar Yadav has honed his skills in drafting a wide array of legal documents, including Special Leave Petitions, Counter Affidavits, Review Petitions, Writ Petitions, Civil and Criminal Appeals, and Rejoinder Affidavits. Additionally, he has provided valuable assistance to Learned Senior Advocates in matters spanning Criminal and Cyber Law, Service Matters, Academic Affairs, and Pollution Control, among others. His experience extends to representing clients in court proceedings, including hearings, trials, and sentencing, where he has successfully handled highly escalated criminal cases, including those involving serious offenses like murder, robbery, and drug trafficking.

Shekhar continues to assist government as well as non-government organizations as a leading cyber law expert for awareness and action o a plethora of cyber law issues.

Previously, as a Junior Legal Associate at the District and Session Court and High Court in Indore, Shekhar Yadav handled a diverse caseload, including MACT cases, Negotiable Instruments Act cases, divorce proceedings, domestic violence cases, and criminal matters. His responsibilities included drafting various legal documents, representing clients in negotiations and hearings, and ensuring the protection of clients’ interests and compliance with legal requirements.

His academic background includes an LL.M. from Government Law College, Ujjain, and a B.A.LL.B. (Hons.) from Government New Law College, Indore. Additionally, Shekhar Yadav holds certifications in Cyber Law, Intellectual Property Law, Microsoft Cyber Security Analyst, Global Justice, National Service Scheme, Data Privacy & Data Protection, and Information Security.
